Recommendations for use:
1. Before inserting the cup, wash your hands thoroughly with mild antibacterial soap and dry. Take a comfortable position. For example, squat or place one foot on the toilet or the edge of the bathtub.
2. Fold the bowl by pressing on the middle of the rim on one side (refer to the pictures in the instructions).
3. Insert the cup into the vagina with the folded edge up: it should be located slightly below the cervix. You can find the correct location by feeling a dense, round formation in the vagina.
4. The manufacturer recommends removing the FUN CUP every 6, maximum 8 hours for comfort. If you have heavy periods, remove and wash the cup more often.
5. You should also wash and dry your hands before removing the menstrual cup. Use your pelvic muscles to push down on the cup and then squeeze it with two fingers to remove it. Do not use foreign objects such as tongs for extraction!
6. Rinse the bowl thoroughly with warm water. Be sure to use unscented soap when washing to avoid irritation. When cleaning, pay special attention to the groove.
7. For a deeper cleaning, boil the bowl for 3 minutes in clean water. Dry and place in the bag included (it can also be sterilized in boiling water). Do not use any other cleaning products other than those specified in the instructions.
