Turn on the device by pressing the button for 2 seconds, wait until the indicator lights up.

By clicking on “start” you will see detailed instructions for the first workout, after which you will receive the first task. The trainings are divided into two levels: beginner (5 steps) and for advanced users (5 steps). After 3 months of training, an additional Lina level opens with the ability to earn medals.
